What Are Sessions Like?
For the time being due to my Lab puppies, I’m not able to do any phone sessions. I ask the client to email a list of what they would like me to ask or tell their animal(s). I will connect with their pet and ask or tell them all that is on the list. The results of the communication are written, scanned, & emailed to the client. I don’t have a minimum time requirement; the fee of $150/hour is prorated according to length of the session. Some communications can be very short depending on the client’s needs.
What Happens if Our Session Runs Longer Than The Allotted Time?
I try not to schedule sessions on top of one another. I want each client and their animal(s) to address everything necessary to create harmonious relationships. Many times additional animals are added to the call and time can become an issue. I try to avoid time conflicts and want my clients to get all they need to deepen the relationships with their animals. However, if a session lasts longer than expected and interferes with another appointment, it will have to be continued at another time.
How Do I Pay For a Session?
I am only accepting payments via PayPal. After your session, you will receive an invoice from PayPal in your email. Payment is due upon receipt. You can use credit card or bank account, whichever you prefer. I realize that by the time a client seeks my help, they are anxious to have a consultation. I do my best to schedule each person as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or postpone a session, please notify me ASAP, so I can give your time to another.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
Conflicts and changes happen often. Please contact me to cancel or postpone a session as soon as possible, so that someone else that’s waiting can take advantage of the opening in my schedule. Sessions may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. After 24 hours, your charge card will be charged a fee of $150.
